If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive 10-day return and exchange policy on all non-prescription eyewear and apparel. Items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Prescription glasses are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders placed during weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on national holidays will begin processing the next business day. After processing, your order will typically arrive within 3-4 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Fresh Eyewear is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
