All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders placed during weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on national holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you immediately.
We use USPS Priority Shipping for all U.S.-based orders, with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 business days once the order is processed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays.
At Fresh Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive 10-day return and exchange policy. Please note prescription glasses are non-refundable. Once prescription lenses have been customized for you, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

We offer limited edition eyewear. Once an item is sold out it will not be restocked but replaced with another limited edition collection.
